We Are So Very Thankful!!!
We have 121 children at LACFA right now- we couldn’t possibly do what we do without Jesus Christ and all of us working together!
To GOD be the Glory!!!
We are so very grateful to the LORD for all that HE has done and is doing. It truly is always an adventure! It is the abundant life-there are many challenges but the LORD brings us through them all as we lean into Him! Thank you- Jesus Christ!!!
We were Blessed to have a Chazak Team with us for a month!
Praise the Lord!!! We were so blessed to have a team of six young men that are training to be International First Responders! They are all good young men seeking the Lord in all that they do, it was awesome working with them. Justin, Patrick, Sebastian, Carter, Jamie, and Derek. We got to work a bit on our road, dug a lot on the 150,000+ liter cistern to collect rainwater at LACFA and even built a new pit latrine for one of the Jajjas (grandfathers) in the village.
The picture below are of the Chazak Team.
We spent a couple of days going out and sharing the Gospel – we went to some shrines and shared the love of our Lord, this is Justin, Sebastian, and Hawah ministering the word at a bar – these two men asked for prayer.
We spent a day working with the villagers on our road through Kigatto Village to LACFA. We had a good time; the road still needs more work. It is the rainy season now and the roads always washout.
We spent many days digging on the cistern to collect our rainwater. We are blessed that someone sowed into the 90-pound jackhammer (and a set of tires for the children’s van) Big HalleluYAH!!!, most of the digging is breaking up solid rock. We are very thankful for all of the work that they put into it. We are about to the point of the wire mesh and cementing it. Big HalleluYAH!!!
To GOD be the Glory!!!If you are led to please sow into the cement it is about $8 a 50-kg bag- we need about 50 bags.
We took the Chazak Team to the “Narrow Way Church” in a village that’s just near. In the small churches here, they ask all of the first-time visitors to introduce themselves in front of the church. It can be a Paradigm shifting experience. The Team introduced themselves and spoke about what led them to want to be First Responders. Derek gave the main message. It was a good experience for them. The whole Body of Christ should be able to share our Faith in Jesus Christ, HalleluYAH!!! It is all about relationship…
Please prayerfully consider sowing into everything that is going on over here at Love And Care for All, if there is something specific that the Lord places on your heart please leave a message. Thank you all so very much!
Numbers 6:24-26
24 The LORD bless thee, and keep thee:
25 The LORD make His face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee:
26 The LORD lift up His countenance upon thee and give thee peace.
That is my prayer for all of us, In Jesus Christ’s mighty name!
Amen and Amen!!!
