Christ in us!
It is notable that Paul was allowed to speak to the public on the ship when he was taken as a prisoner to Rome. In Acts 27, the sheriff – Julius – was treating Paul so well that he let him and his friends stay together on the ship. Of course, every stop they made Paul was using to speak with church’ leaders in various places. Jesus told to his disciples the following: “If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also.” That is what we see in our lives and ministries! They persecute us but they also listen to us. People cruel to us yet they give us a word. They subconsciously feel there is something special in us, that attracts people to us. But many reject to accept the truth that this is Jesus himself working through us.
Summer Family Camp
Much anticipated annual camp finally took place in the last week of July. This year the weather was great. It only rained twice, both times at night. So, we had all our program fulfilled. Liliya did a great job doing Bible classes for children. Pretty much all who planned to come came. We even had someone from Tajikistan. We continue to cast the vision wide! The core line of the camp was Disciplemaking teaching. On the last day we played basketball with the indigenous on the local Mosque yard. Some of our folks even did one on one evangelism after the game. Please pray for the disciples to grow and the local people to be saved.
ESL
A new school year is going to start soon. This year we anticipate our “old” students along with the new ones. We will continue to use the same textbooks and format for our classes building the bridges to the hearts of the people. Please pray for the students to accept the Lord Jesus as their Savior.
Friends and Family
It seemed like the summer was too short as we are preparing for the next school year. Christina is starting first grade and it is something different from kindergarten. Please pray for smooth beginning of the school year for kids as students and us as teachers/facilitators.
Thank you for all your prayers and support of this ministry of reaching the unreached!
